The bill (Reg. No.6343) presents a new version of the Law "On Charity and Charitable Organizations." People´s Deputies emphasized that the document improves the legislative base in the respective sphere, sets the legal and organizational principles, arranges favourable conditions for establishment and activity of charity organizations, etc. The bill also specifies the purposes, spheres and types of the beneficent help, in particular, charitable donations and grants, rights and obligations of the subjects of charitable activity, etc.
The bill enhances state support of the charitable activity, protects the rights of its subjects and state supervision, and sets control in the sphere of charitable activity.
